Cloud Optimizer is a cloud optimization tool from Extreme Scale Solutions that helps save money on your cloud expenditures through analysis and automation. It provides recommendations that you may view and act upon easily.
Please note that currently, Cloud Optimizer only supports AWS.
In order to query your AWS environment, Cloud Optimizer will ask you to create a CloudFormation stack that grants access to a role that Cloud Optimizer will use. The stack will also create an S3 bucket to store various AWS reports that Cloud Optimizer will consume.
At any time, you may delete the CloudFormation stack or remove the IAM role that it created in order to sever communication with Cloud Optimizer.
